Love on a door36"x80" by 1 3/4" Thick Solid Birch Exterior Door with Laun inlays. The door was cut with a 1/16" router bit at 18000 rpms at 4 inches per second. And the inlays were cut .004" smaller with a 90 watt Epilog laser. The outlining around the letters were also done with the laser for an additional effect. The inlays were installed proud .02". $1600 |
