The California Supreme courts declared that a councilmember "has not only the right but an obligation to discuss issues of vital concern with his constituents and to state his views on matters of public importance" City of Fairfield v. Superior Court I signed Peebles Petition and will be voting yes on L. I will also be encouraging others to Vote YES on L. We should have a council with the leadership qualities to explain to the residents of Pacifica the good and bad of voting both Yes on 'L' or No on 'L'. |
My work trucks and work shirts have been green with white letters for over 10 years.

I am David Blackman a 35 year resident of Pacifica Valerie and I are raising our 4 children Cierra, Coral, Camryn, & Thor. We have enjoyed living in West Fairmont, Sharp Park, Pedro Point, and currently near Terra Nova High School on Banyan Way. Over my years I have led and participated in many volunteer Pacifica projects ranging from free wheelchair ramps for seniors to enjoy their gardens, repairing school teachers' cars, to major school and municipal roof repairs. I am now offering my leadership and innovative thinking abilities to Pacifica by running for Pacifica's City Council. |
